Service providers
We use Stripe to process checkout and payments, Supabase to securely store guide files and manage order delivery, and Brevo to send transactional delivery emails. These providers process only the information needed to complete the order and deliver the guide, subject to their own privacy policies.
Retention
Order and accounting data is retained for the period required by applicable law. Support data is kept only as long as needed to resolve the request. Optional marketing data is kept until consent is withdrawn.
