Data collected
Depending on how you use the site, we may process your name, email address, order information, support messages and technical data needed for security and operation. Payment card data will be processed directly by the payment provider and will not be stored by this website.
Purposes and legal bases
- To process and deliver purchases and provide support: performance of a contract.
- To keep accounting and transaction records: compliance with legal obligations.
- To protect the website and prevent fraud: legitimate interests in security.
- To send optional marketing communications: consent, which may be withdrawn at any time.
Service providers
We use Stripe to process checkout and payments, Supabase to securely store guide files and manage order delivery, Brevo to send transactional delivery emails, Google Analytics to understand website usage, and Meta Pixel to measure advertising performance and conversions when a visitor gives consent. These providers process information for the stated purposes subject to their own privacy terms and applicable safeguards.
Retention
Order and accounting data is retained for the period required by applicable law. Support data is kept only as long as needed to resolve the request. Optional marketing data is kept until consent is withdrawn.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection where applicable, and may complain to the Italian Data Protection Authority. Contact us using the email above.
Analytics, advertising and cookies
Google Analytics and Meta Pixel are disabled by default and are loaded only after you select “Accept tracking” in the cookie banner. When enabled, they may collect information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device type, traffic source, language selection, clicks on purchase buttons and completed purchases. Product, language and order value may be included in conversion events, but we do not intentionally send names, email addresses, payment card details or guide download links to Google or Meta.
Managing consent
Your tracking preference is stored on your device. You can refuse tracking without losing essential site functionality and can change your choice at any time using “Cookie settings”. If you withdraw consent, future Google Analytics and Meta Pixel collection is disabled on that device and available analytics or advertising cookies are removed. You can also clear site data using your browser settings.
