These terms apply to the digital travel guides and language-learning products offered by Jonathan di Milano.

Products and licence

The products are digital PDFs for personal, non-commercial use, including Milan guides and the Italian course. Copyright remains with Jonathan di Milano. Files may not be copied, resold, uploaded publicly or shared with third parties.

Price and delivery

The current price is shown on each product page before checkout. After successful payment, a secure download link is sent to the email address entered during checkout. The link expires after 24 hours. The customer is responsible for entering a valid email address, checking the spam folder and downloading the product within that period.

Digital delivery

At checkout, customers requesting immediate delivery will be asked to expressly consent to performance beginning immediately and acknowledge that the statutory withdrawal right is lost once access to the digital content begins, where permitted by applicable law.

Accuracy and responsibility

Travel information, opening hours, prices and third-party services may change. Customers should verify time-sensitive information directly with the relevant venue. The guide is informational and does not guarantee the availability or quality of third-party services.
